Welcome to the Finance Support module of Rocketeer 2024.

Below you will see the various ways throughout the year you can receive support from BoldHaus CFO, Mike Thompson, related to your business’ financial processes.

Finance Group Kick-Off Session

In February, we will host a virtual group kick-off session outlining the financial forecasting framework for small businesses as well as review how your private sessions can be scheduled throughout the year to support your business’ implementation of the framework.

Private 2-Hour Finance Strategy Session

Overview

Each Rocketeer has the opportunity to hold a 2-hour private 1:1 Finance Strategy Session with BoldHaus CFO, Mike Thompson.

These sessions are designed to:

1. Assess where in the Financial Forecasting Framework your business currently resides
2. Establish the goals your business has around its financial processes for the program
3. Determine the action steps required to implement those goals
4. Provide an opportunity for in-depth Q&A around financial processes

Note: Sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is encouraged for returning Rocketeers to take the later session dates and newer Rocketeers take the earlier dates. This will allow the newer Rocketeers to implement the framework faster while returning Rocketeers initially focus on rounding out their current Phase of the framework before moving to a new Phase. There is a limit of one session per program.

Strategy Session Prep

Each Rocketeer is required to complete several field assignments prior to holding their Finance Strategy Session. All documents must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your scheduled session.

1. Finance In-Take Questionnaire found in Onboarding
2. Compile and load all documents requested in the In-Take Questionnaire into your shared Google Drive

Finance “Office Hours”

Each Rocketeer has the opportunity to meet with BoldHaus CFO, Mike Thompson, to discuss their financial questions throughout the program.

These sessions are designed to provide an opportunity to asked specific questions related to your implementation of the financial forecasting framework as well as ask other general questions related to your business’ financial processes.

Note: Office Hours Sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis each month but you may book several months into the future. There is a limit of one session per month.
